Leading Creative Vision and Team Growth

As Creative Director at ZEFR, I was responsible for leading the brand’s creative vision and managing the creative team. Our goal was to build a scalable system that could support ZEFR’s growth while consistently delivering high-quality digital assets for major film studios on YouTube. Alongside brand management, I focused on establishing an efficient, high-output pipeline to meet the needs of our expanding client base.

Building a Scalable Content System for
Major Media Brands

We developed a content system capable of producing thousands of digital assets annually for major brands, including MTV, VH1, Nickelodeon, AMC, Lionsgate, Paramount, Sony, Redbull, and Saturday Night Live, among others. This scalable system allowed us to deliver custom digital campaigns for each client, ensuring that every brand received assets tailored to their unique audience and platform needs. By focusing on efficient processes and standardizing our creative output, we were able to meet high demand while maintaining quality.

Expanding to Serve Major Film Studios

When I joined ZEFR, we served only a handful of clients. Over time, the refined content pipeline enabled us to expand our reach dramatically. By the time I left the company, ZEFR was working with every major film studio, demonstrating the strength of our scalable, efficient creative system. This growth solidified ZEFR’s reputation as a go-to creative partner for the entertainment industry.

Delivering Thousands of Assets Annually

Our streamlined system empowered ZEFR to serve a broad client base with thousands of tailored assets each year, ensuring each campaign stood out on platforms like YouTube. The result was a significant expansion in our client roster and a lasting impact on ZEFR’s ability to scale creatively to meet the demands of a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
